The product contains carefully selected natural ingredients; its preservative-free and alcohol-free formula is suitable for kids from the age of 3. Combining honey and natural apple flavor gives the spray its pleasant taste, which kids and adults approve.
Active ingredients in 4 sprays (0.8 ml): propolis: 39 mg (of which bioflavonoids expressed as galangin: 2.5 mg).
Ingredients: Water, honey, liquid propolis extract (28%), emulsifier: glycerol, natural lemon flavor.
No preservatives, gluten, lactose, or artificial colors and flavors. Sweetened with honey.
Directions: Shake well before using. When using for the first time, press the pump 3 times. For optimal absorption, spray to throat, under the tongue or inside of the cheek. Recommended daily dose is 4 sprays, after a meal. Clean the spray head after each use.
Storage: Store in a dark and dry place at a temperature not 25 °C. Use within 3 months after opening.

Propolis or bee glue is a natural compound produced by bees to keep their home safe and healthy. Its composition can vary depending on many factors (origin, trees and flowers the bees have access to, bee species, etc.). It is a mixture of various plant resins, waxes, essential oils, and pollen, collected by the bees and enriched with their secretions. So far, 300 important ingredients have been isolated from propolis, and the majority of those are bioflavonoids, natural compounds that plants use as protection from microorganisms.
As the content of bioflavonoids is crucial for the quality of propolis, we developed a product with standardized propolis extract. It is standardized on galangin, one of the most “clinically investigated” bioflavonoids.

Propolis is a bee product that has been used by humans for thousands of years. Its name reveals its long history of use: it comes from ancient Greek, meaning “before the city,” referring to propolis’ primary purpose – defending the bee colony. Propolis is a brown, sticky substance primarily made from resins collected by bees and enriched with their glandular secretions. The rough composition of raw propolis is as follows: resins (50%), waxes (30%), essential oils (10%), pollen (5%), and various organic compounds (5%). Propolis has a characteristic scent of plant buds, honey, wax, resin, and vanilla, with a bitter taste. In nature, propolis can appear in different colors, including shades of yellow, red, brown, and even green.
Propolis is found in the beehive. It is a bee product that the bee colony uses as a building material – coating the walls of the hive, sealing cracks and gaps, repairing the honeycomb, etc. Bees also use propolis to seal the entrance to the hive and coat the cells where the queen will lay her eggs. Its purpose is also a defense against intruders – it helps protect them from larger insects as well as microorganisms, and consequently from various infections.
The preparation of a propolis tincture or extract is relatively simple – only two ingredients are needed: the right solvent and propolis. Alcohol-based tinctures are quite common – their advantage lies in better extraction of herbs, and the same applies to propolis, which is less soluble in water. In practice, alcohol is most commonly used as a solvent for propolis, which makes such products unsuitable for all age groups, limits them to external use in some cases, and they are often bitter in taste.
